If there was something I was obsessed with ever since quarantine started was with making brownies.
I really wanted to bake some chocolate-y brownies that were healthier than your normal recipe but still moisty and fudgy.
After many tries, last week I came up with what I think is my best brownies recipe so far!! They’re so moisty and fudgy and still super healthy and I’m so excited to share the recipe with you guys!!
-16 tablespoons of peanut flour
-6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
-6 tablespoons of agave
-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
-20 tablespoons of milk (I used coconut milk)
-2 eggs (can use 2 flax eggs instead)
-1 & 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
-1 tablespoon of peanut butter
-a pinch of salt
-chocolate chips and walnuts (optional)
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC.
2.In a bowl mix all the peanut flour, cocoa powder, agave, baking soda and salt.
3.In another bowl mix the coconut oil, milk and eggs. Then pour this mixture into the other bowl and mix everything.
4.Add the peanut butter and make sure everything is well mixed. You can also add the walnuts and chocolate chips now, but make sure that the chocolate chips melt easily.
5.Bake for no longer than 20 minutes (if you want them really moisty bake the brownies for only 15 minutes).
